Pat Byrne Drilling provides a "Well"ness Check Program
that includes a detailed, routine, automatic, worry-free, hassle-free inspection of your well along with preventative maintenance on some components of your water system. By taking preventative measures to avoid failures before they happen, you can be assured you will save money, worries and some water outages from happening. Preventative maintenance can also extend the lifespan of your well to help provide optimal system performance.
Our "Well"ness Check Program includes:
- Detailed inspections of: vault, above ground casing, well cap, pressure gauge, pressure switch, wiring, plumbing, VFD drive and sump pump.
- Detailed inspection report, complete with recorded data from the inspection and any recommendations of anticipated future repairs needed.
- Replace pressure switch and/or pressure guage at no cost during inspection if needed.
- 10% off standard service labor rate*
- No after hours fees
